''That was good!'' Lina inverse said and she leaned back in her chair rubbing her belly after a meal in some inn.
''I agree'' said Amelia'' it was delicious'' she rubbed her belly also.  Zell sighed and Gourry sat there smiling like an insane clown. Lina stood up, "Anyone up for a game of strip poker?'' Zell shook his head.  ''Nope not me'' Amelia stood up, "Not me either'' Lina looked over at Gourry still sitting there looking insane. ''And you Gourry?'' He still sat there staring at nothing. Lina sighed against sweat drop appearing on her forehead.  "How did I know, talking to this dolt is like talking to a wall''. Gourry finally looked over at her.  "Hmm? did you say something Lina?'' The smile quickly disappeared and Lina's drop of sweat got bigger.  ''Oh nothing dumb ass.'' Lina replied. Gourry nodded, then it finally hit him Lina called him a dumb ass.  ''That's not nice'' he said as a delay reaction. she waved her hand'' Of course it's not that's why they call me Lina inverse the dragon killer!'' She took a pose and Zell popped it like a bubble.  ''Yeah Lina maybe the dragon killer should go to bed''. he got up and walked towards the door, Amelia following. Amelia turned  "Night guys'' everyone said goodnight except Lina and Gourry sat there just staring into space for a few minutes.  Gourry finally stood after the long pause.  "I guess we should go to bed, never know who we are going to end up fighting tomorrow Lina'' he smiled brightly, the kinda smile that made you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. ''Yeah you finally make sense Gourry '' Lina nodded ad she stood as well. ''Isn't it your time of the month or whatever'' Gourry asked as the two began walking towards the stairs to go to their rooms.  ''Yeah'' Lina said '' it stinks I have no powers, I don't like to think about it a lot it makes me feel weak and useless'' She sighed.  "Well you can..always....sleep with me....in my room..'' He blushed at the comment, she quickly turned her head. ''Really?'' her eyes glew and it attracted him so he turned to her. ''Of course!! I'll protect you!'' His smile grew. She nodded ''I'm glad I met you Gourry Gabriev'' he nodded at her comment'' I'm glad I met you too Lina Inverse''

By this time they made it to Gourry's room. he opened the door and Lina was shocked to see the room was neat, there was nothing on the floor.  "Wow, do you always keep your rooms this way?'' She looked around pretty amazed. he nodded ''yeah, it doesn't really belong to me so I believe it's pretty senseless to make a mess out of it.'' He smiled again this time it's not so big. Lina walked to the bed and put her hands on it, gripping the sheets lightly '' It feels so good....feathers I think'' Gourry turned to her blushing.  'Lina.....I...'' she looked over her shoulder.  " I was talking about the bed Gourry'' Lina sighed   ''You really should get your jellyfish brains out of the gutter'' She giggled a little then stood up. ''I'm gonna go and change in that corner, and you can change over there,. if you peek I swear to the gods Gourry I will have your head'' She turned her back now facing him, he turned as well now his back facing hers.'' I know Lina, I mean, what kinda person do you think I am?'' He began stripping himself of his armor and then his shirt. She was already on her pants and putting on her pj's. when they were both done they faced each other and began their nightly preparations. after all that was finished Gourry took a few pillows and blankets from the closet and spread them out on the floor.  "I sleep on the floor you can have the bed Lina'' She shook her head.  "I couldn't do that, you sleep on the bed and I'll get the floor"  He shook his head  ''Nope ladies get the bed''...a few minutes later, they were in a giant argument over who sleeps where in the room. Finally Gourry rushed across the room and slammed Lina gently against the wall, pressing his lips to hers. ''Gourry'' Lina moaned wrapping her arms around his neck. ''Do you not want this?'' He pulled away. Lina shook her head. ''Of course I want this '' She blushed as well as him. ''I've been wanting to say this for a long time Lina'' He placed his giant thumb on her lips. She nodded entranced in his eyes. ''What do you wanna say Gourry?''..his face grew closer to hers '' I love you Lina inverse'' Her eyes widened a little, not out of shock, but out of love ''I love you 2 Gourry'' she slammed her lips against his in another searing kiss. ''Are you ready?'' he asked, she nodded giving him an approval to touch her.
